TEENAGERS

Lexy and her friend Amber were busy being typical teen girls, talking on cell phones, listening to music, doing facials, and taking hundreds of pictures of them selves.

THE ROCK
For over 20 years our school has had "the rock" as a welcoming to the school. The purpose of the rock is for students to show school spirit, any class (pre-post-past), or team can "mark it", and occasionally another school tags it. The thrill of it is not getting caught by other classes, for they will come spray right over your work before the next morning.

This last Sunday afternoon I drove by the school and saw that S.W.H.S. (our competitors) and painted it. I told Lex to call a friend or two, because it's time to show their school spirit and tag the rock!

This was great fun, the girls were laughing and extremely excited, this is the first time the class of 2011 had painted the rock. But I know it will not be the last.

The strange thing is Kris, Cindy and I all spray painted this exact same rock many times during our High School day.
