Anyone want to buy a house?
Yep, we are going to sell our home. We moved out of it almost 1 year ago and feel it's time to let go. It will be a great day when it sells but also sad, we have many memories in that home and we put so much work into it. (as you can see) I forgot how ugly it once was, but it was ours and we made it pretty.
(with the help of family and friends)
If our renter don't want to buy it we will be putting it on the market shortly.

I wish I could have found the photo of the day we bought this turd of a house. At the time the front and back door were hollow-core, it was such a pit. filthy pee-pee carpet, leaky roof, window that let the rain come right in, used shower stall in back yard, beams extending out the back of the house 4 feet. Yeah you catch my drift. It WAS i sh**hole!
That will be sad to sell, but you should make enough money to put a down payment on a house... right? Is that the plan. We don't know what we are doing... staying or going!
Yes that house was a major turd, but you and your families really did some great work.
